Michelle uses both experienced, technically knowledgable evaluators as well as novice 'spa' goers with various ages and needs. This enables us to get a comprehensive cross section of awareness. We interact with your staff and enage with your guests so you are left in NO doubt to the reality of what is happening as a 'norm'.
